Among them, the Dong Ying-Jie team found that Modified Suan-Zao-Ren Decoction can effectively increase the content of 5-HTR1A protein in the hypothalamus of insomnia mice and down-regulate the expression of OX2R, indicating that Modified Suan-Zao-Ren Decoction can effectively improve insomnia ( Dong et al, 2021 ).
