The energy efficiency of two novel process designs for the production of ultra-pure hydrogen with simultaneous capture of CO2 using CH4 as the feedstock, namely membrane-assisted chemical looping reforming (MA-CLR) and membrane-assisted sorption-enhanced reforming (MA-SER) has been compared. The modelling of the integrated network for mass and heat balances has been carried out using the ASPEN® Plus V10 process simulation tool to quantify the benefits and disadvantages of integrating hydrogen perm-selective membranes with either chemical looping or sorption-enhanced reforming. The evaluation of the MA-CLR process is carried out for a range of the following operating conditions: 10 < pR < 60 bar, 500 < TR < 900°C, and 1.5 < H2O/CH4 < 3.0. On the other hand, for the MA-SER process the operation ranges of 1.0 < pR < 10 bar, 400 < TR < 900°C, and 2.5 < H2O/CH4 < 4.0 were considered. Within the operation window of the MA-SER process, no carbon formation is observed, as any carbon present in the system reacts with CaO in the form of CO2. However, in the case of the MA-CLR process, carbon formation can occur during the pre-reforming stage, particularly at low H2O/CH4 ratios. In terms of hydrogen yield, energy utilization and carbon capture, the MA-CLR outperforms the MA-SER plant. However, the MA-SER plant offers certain advantages over the MA-CLR system, such as a pure CO2 product stream and lower reactor design temperatures. In the MA-CLR system, a carbon capture rate of 99.8% and a hydrogen product yield of 74.4% are achieved, whereas the MA-SER plant achieves a carbon capture rate of 98.5% and a hydrogen product yield of 69.7%.

O2/H2O combustion technology, as the next generation of oxy-fuel combustion technology with great potential, can greatly increase the utilization rate of clean energy CH4. In this paper, the natural gas combustion process under 6 operating conditions of O2/H2O atmosphere and O2/FH2O atmosphere is numerically simulated. The horizontal analysis is carried out on the characteristics of H2O fraction, CO2 volume fraction and the amount of pollutants (NOx, carbon black), and in-depth exploration of the content of additive H2O and the influence of chemical action on the above characteristics. The research results show that the chemical effects of H2O have a negative effect on combustion temperature, and the physical effects are dominant. The chemical effects of H2O have a great impact on CO production and little effect on the production of CO when the proportion of H2O is 65-79%. The chemical effects of H2O inhibit the formation of NOx and carbon black when the proportion of H2O is within the range of 55-70%. The chemical effect has the greatest impact on the formation of dyes (NOx, carbon black) when the proportion of H2O is within the range of 65-70%.

Исследованы структурные и физические свойства углерода с луковичной структурой, полученного в процессе парциального окисления природного газа при различных мольных соотношениях сырьевых газов кислород/природный газ. Установлено, что при увеличении мольного соотношения кислород/природный газ с 0,650 до 0,750 возрастает термическая стабильность углерода с луковичной структурой с 520 до 620 °C. В образце углерода с луковичной структурой, полученном при мольном соотношении кислород/природный газ -0,750 в интервале температур от 680 до 750 °C, показано наличие фазы углерода, устойчивой к окислению. Межплоскостное расстояние (d002) в полученном углероде с луковичной структурой составляло 0,341 нм. На спектрах комбинационного рассеяния света, на частоте сдвига 1164 см -1 , в образцах углерода с луковичной структурой, синтезированных при температурах ниже 1500 °С, обнаружены следы транс-полиацетилена. В результате деконволюции спектра также обнаружен парный пик на частоте сдвига 1480 см -1 . Следов транс-полиацетилена в продуктах, полученных при температуре синтеза более 1550 °С, не было зафиксировано. Термическая обработка полученного углерода с луковичной структурой, осуществлённая при 320 °С в атмосфере воздуха, приводила к почти полному удалению данных примесей. Данные спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния света показали, что увеличение концентрации кислорода в сырьевой смеси приводит к росту соотношения интенсивностей пиков ID/IG от 0,815 до 0,849. Дифракционная картина углерода с луковичной структурой соответствовала дефектной графитированной структуре. Удельная площадь поверхности углерода с луковичной структурой варьировалась от 80 до 100 м 2 /г. Получение углерода с луковичной структурой в процессе парциального окисления природного газа в синтез-газ, необходимый для ряда «нисходящих» процессов, обеспечивает высокий выход углерода с луковичной структурой как субпродукта высокой добавленной стоимости при низких производственных затратах.
