Sonographic Presentation of Endometrial Carcinoma Stage I: A Case Study

Abstract: Endometrial carcinoma is the most commonly diagnosed malignancy in the female reproductive tract, mainly affecting women in their postmenopausal years. Although rare, it can also present in premenopausal women. The most common clinical presentation is episodes of abnormal uterine bleeding.
