Sonographic imaging of appendiceal orifice polyps in children

Abstract: Although gastrointestinal polyps are a common disease, appendiceal orifice polyps are rare and usually found incidentally during autopsy or surgery. Data on the sonographic features of appendiceal orifice polyps in children are limited. We describe the sonographic features of appendiceal orifice polyps in two children.
