Sonographic findings in splenogonadal fusion

Abstract: Splenogonadal fusion is a rare developmental anomaly usually presenting as a scrotal mass. The imaging findings and etiology of this condition are discussed. Knowledge of this entity may help to prevent unnecessary orchiectomy.
