Sonographic Examination of The Fetus Vis-à-Vis Shoulder Dystocia: A Vexing Promise

Abstract: Since antepartum and intrapartum risk factors are poor at identifying women whose labor is complicated by shoulder dystocia, sonographic examination of the fetus holds promise.
