Here we deal with the current utilization of screw pump sets with surface drive management. The causes of rod string twisting off are analyzed. We study the mathematical model of functioning of the system "the screw -the rod string, dependence of torque inequality on the length of the rod strings, rod diameter, screw length, screw diameter, screw tightness, pump pressure and others. Also, we suggest using the designed apparatus set with sensors and a controlling system based on powerful, freely programmed panel controller with Linux operational system, that is the complex with expert systems. The control is fulfilled by connecting all sensors and a frequency converter to the soft-based controller, set in the control box. Connecting the soft-based controller to the computer is done through the protocol Modbus TCP. It has the Scada software for controlling screw set drives with the surface drive.

Development of effective bottom hole cleaning equipment from junk is an effective way of enhancing productivity of drilling operations. The article describes the construction of the near-bit for enhancing bottom cleaning of vertical, slanting and horizontal wells from junk during drilling by a roller cutter. The description of a laboratory bench for a near-bit junk pulper is given. Experimental data of vibrodynamic properties of a near-bit sludge pulper oscillating system are represented in order to find the best parameters of the device elements. Laboratory tests showed that the amplitude of the drum oscillation depends on the shaft speed, spring force, and the drum inertia moment.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has established a score-rating system to assess the achievement quality within academic disciplines. The word "rating" is a foreignlanguage term, literal translation into Russian means "assessment". The second meaning of the word "rating" is a numerical measure; it characterizes performance of a student, pupil, etc., during a certain period of training, usually by the 20-point scale, or 100-point scale. This article highlights the history of formation and implementation of a score-rating system into the curriculum. Due to development of advanced technologies, there is a need for training highly qualified personnel to solve increasingly complex problems in professional activities. In our opinion, pedagogical assessment of student's knowledge in the form of score-rating system is a key role for preparing highly qualified personnel. The authors study processes of training skilled professionals in the course of academic education in technical universities of our country.
