Some silkweeds (Zygnemataceae, Zygnemales, Charophyceae) from the Upper Murrumbidgee River catchment

Abstract: Twenty two species of Zygnemataceae, two species of Mougeotia, Sirogonium sticticum, fourteen species of Spirogyra and five of Zygnema were encountered in recent collections of macroalgae from the Upper Murrumbidgee River catchment in the Australian Capital Territory and Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia.
