Some Rare Neurosurgical Pathologies in a Sub-Saharan Tertiary Hospital

Abstract: Background:In sub-Saharan Africa, several neurosurgical diseases are rare in neurosurgical practice, in contrast to other climes. Poor diagnostic and health facilities are always blamed.
