Some Novel Cosine Similarity Measures Based on Complex Hesitant Fuzzy Sets and Their Applications

Abstract: The theory of complex hesitant fuzzy set (CHFS) is a modification technique of the complex fuzzy set (CFS) to cope with awkward and unreliable information’s in daily life issues.
