Some Moral and Ethical Problems of Conducting Investigative Actions Involving Representatives of Ethnic Minorities in Criminal Proceedings

Abstract: The article focuses on ethical problems of ordering and conducting investigation search activities that, due to the dominant type of activity, include a forensic examination of a dead body and exhumation, and involve representatives of some ethnicities and ethnic groups.
