Some biochemical and histochemical aspects in hyperplasia and carcinoma of the human prostate

Abstract: A study of histochemical and biochemical enzyme activity determination in hyperplastic and untreated carcinomatous prostatic tissue is presented. The histochemical results are in agreement with earlier investigations and the biochemical findings corroborate grossly the histochemical findings.
