Gender Component of Practical Training With Sports Gymnastics

Gender, or separate education, involves, first of all, the use of saving technologies that allow you to regulate the load, as well as to carry out the selection of exercises depending on gender [1, 8]. Accordingly, practical lessons in artistic gymnastics should be based on a gender approach, which is built taking into account the gender characteristics of students.…”
