Somatic mutation profiles as molecular classifiers of ulcerative colitis‐associated colorectal cancer

Abstract: Ulcerative colitis increases colorectal cancer risk by mechanisms that remain incompletely understood. We approached this question by determining the genetic and epigenetic profiles of colitis-associated colorectal carcinomas (CA-CRC).
