“…The phase structure of the prepared Cs 3 Bi 2 I 9 thin film is investigated via the GIXRD characterization technique, and the GIXRD pattern (figure 6) obtained is well matched with the previously reported values [48][49][50] as per the joint committee on powder diffraction standards data card: 00-023-0847. Here, Cs 3 Bi 2 I 9 perovskite film's strong peaks in the XRD pattern showed that they were highly crystalline with a preferred orientation along the c-axis marked at 2θ = 25.21 • , which means along the (006) direction.…”

“…The cause of the microvoids in the film may be due to the delayed solvent evaporation during nucleation and the development of thin film fabrication by the spin-coating method. Highly dense crystal distribution with good surface coverage can be achieved by spin-coating perovskite solution over a porous surface [45,48,52] or by using surface-modified ligand addition to the precursor solution [18,53]. Higher magnification of FESEM images revealed the formation of well-defined hexagonalstructured flakes with better surface coverage (figure 7(e)).…”

“…In this study, a novel PSC model was designed and simulated that shows better performance characteristics after optimization which can be seen from Table 5 . Additionally, the selected perovskite material (Cs 3 Bi 2 I 9 ) is considered much stable [ 84 ] which is introduced in the previous section. Therefore, the designed model in this present work can be considered for further experiment and commercialization.…”
