Abstract:Hydrophobic coatings have the ability to promote dropwise condensation on metal surfaces. In this work, reduced graphene oxide coatings are fabricated by dip coating copper substrates into a graphene oxide colloidal suspension, followed by thermal reduction. The formation of reduced graphene oxide is demonstrated by Raman and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy characterizations, while scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and dynamic water contact angle analyses are employed to verify the morphol… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
