Abstract:The imperative for achieving commercial success in organic solar cells (OSCs) lies in their efficient and stable operation within open-air environments, which enables large-scale production while concurrently reducing manufacturing costs. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrenesulfonate (PE-DOT:PSS) is usually used as a hole transporting material in the conventional configuration of OSCs; however, the observations reveal inferior stability due to its acidic and hygroscopic tendency. Therefore, introducing… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
