Solubility of dicarbohydrazide bis[3-(5-nitroimino-1,2,4-triazole)] in common pure solvents and binary solvents at different temperatures

Abstract: The solubility of dicarbohydrazide bis[3-(5-nitroimino-1,2,4-triazole)] (DCBNT) was first measured under the different pure solvents and binary solvents by the dynamic method over the temperature range of 290–360 K at atmospheric pressure. Results in all the solvents were positively correlated with temperature, namely increased with increasing temperature. The experiment data were correlated by the Apelblat equation, the Yaws equation and the polynomial equation. The conclusion showed that these three models a… Show more

“…The relative deviation (RD) and relative average deviation (RAD) were calculated to determine the suitability of the modified Apelblat model for describing this particular process. RD and RAD values were calculated by the following equations: The modified Apelblat model (Equation ( 2)) describes the relationship between the mole fraction solubility of a substance and temperature [15,16]. The regression parameters A, B, and C were estimated using the Excel add-in Solver.…”

“…Solubility of supercritical CO 2 in polymers is the key factor affecting the performance of foamed materials and also widely used in the extraction and separation of various chemicals and the preparation and modification of new materials, displaying good prospects in theoretical research and application [1][2][3][4][5][6]. Under the supercritical conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the dissolution behaviour is affected by many factors and shows nonlinear, non-equilibrium, dynamic and critical properties, which result in the difficulty in the study of dissolution experiments [7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15].…”
