Solitary orange‐yellow scalp lesion

Abstract: HistoryA healthy 25-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a scalp lesion that had been present for six months. The patient had no other skin lesions. Examination revealed a firm, smooth, pedunculated, orange-yellow nodule (Figure 1). There was no head and neck lymphadenopathy.
