“…V případě enchondromu se většinou jedná o léze v oblasti skeletu ruky, i v našem souboru byly všechny čtyři zachycené enchondromy právě v oblasti falangu nebo metakarpu. Jeho nebezpečí je v maligním zvratu v dospělosti hlavně u dlouhých kostí, doporučuje se tedy opět obligátní kyretáž a výplň štěpy (15,19). Proto je i zde velmi výhodné použít trikalciumfosfát a vyhnout se tak odběru spongiózy z oblasti pánve.…”
