Solitary Dural Extramedullary Plasmacytoma With inv(9)(p13q21)

Abstract: The authors report the case of a 24-year-old man who presented with a solitary dural extramedullary plasmacytoma (EMP) with inv(9)(p13q21). Chromosome 9 aberrations may be associated with the pathogenesis. This is the first reported case of solitary dural EMP associated with inv(9)(p13q21).
