Solitary bone plasmacytoma of spine with involvement of adjacent disc space

Abstract: Rationale Solitary bone plasmacytoma (SBP) is a rare manifestation of plasma cell tumor. Although axial skeleton is the most frequently affected site of SBP, adjacent disc space involvement is rare.
