Abstract: Introduction: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPN) and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NET) are rare diseases that are generally incidental findings in imaging tests. SPN is a low-grade tumor with good prognosis that more commonly affects young female patients.
