Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm of pancreas in a patient of situs inversus totalis

Abstract: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) in a case of situs inversus totalis (SIT) is a rare occurrence with only one case being reported until now in the literature. SIT presents a technical challenge for the operating surgeon in view of the reversed anatomy hence the operating surgeon should orient himself of the altered anatomy of SIT before contemplating surgery.
