Solid‐Phase Organic Synthesis

Abstract: Solid‐phase organic synthesis (SPOS), a synthetic technique in which reaction components (eg, substrates, catalysts, and reagents) are attached to insoluble polymer supports, was introduced by Prof. Robert Bruce Merrifield in the 1960s.
