Solid/liquid interface evolution including seaweed morphology during directional solidification of Co-Sn alloys

Abstract: The directional solidification of Co–Sn alloys at 300 K/cm was performed systematically with particular attention to the uncommon ‘seaweed’ morphology observed in this system.
