Solar Cell Trends and the Future: A Review

Abstract: In this review paper, we highlight about the generations and types of solar cells. The development in solar cells have seen a rapid advancement in the efficiency and quality of various materials, in the recent years. Moreover, this paper elaborates about the dye-sensitized, perovskites, multi-junction solar cells and also the latest and future of solar cells that is organic and polymer solar cells. The objective of this paper is to introduce the solar cells and analyzing the performance of various solar cells.
