Sol-Gel Derived La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 Thin Films by Pulsed Laser Deposition

Abstract: La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3 (LSM) nancomposite was synthesized using sol gel method at 600 ºC. The structure and elemental analysis were confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-Ray (EDX) respectively with rhombohedral crystal structure. High resolution transmission electron microscope (HR-TEM) imaging showed that the prepared LSM has uniform shape with particle sizes ranging between 5 and 95 nm, and lattice fringes also displayed the rhomobhedral structure.
