Software development for processing test data on product loss by evaporation from cryogenic vessels

Abstract

Specifications are examined for the parameter product loss from evaporation in the selection and use of cryogenic vessels. Aspects are described of tests on cryogenic vessels for determining the evaporation loss. A computer program is presented for processing the test measurements. Results are given on the product loss by evaporation for three cryogenic vessels: PPTs-22/0.35, BSKh-100/0.6, and RTsGK-40/0.5, which tests were performed at this corporation in 2005-2006. Features of the software used are considered and recommendations on operation are given.
