Soft real-time data processing solutions in measurement systems on example of small-scale GEM based x-ray spectrometer

Abstract: This work discusses different approaches to data processing in measurement systems with their examples. An overview of dedicated hardware to software migration trends is presented. Software data processing for soft real-time measurement systems is described based on multiple characteristics.
