Abstract:I review the state of affairs of the soft QCD physics program in the CMS experiment. Several new results have been released for public display over the last year. In particular, there are new CMS results on identified particle spectra, and several new Underlying Event measurements. I will discuss in general lines the scope of these measurements and the interpretation of the results.
