SOCP-Based Disjunctive Cuts for a Class of Integer Nonlinear Bilevel Programs

Abstract: We study a class of integer bilevel programs with second-order cone constraints at the upper-level and a convex-quadratic objective function and linear constraints at the lowerlevel.
