Abstract:Backgrounds: Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (PIH) is the foremost cause of maternal and neonatal mortality. Research suggests PIH is associated with different socio-demographic parameters. However, there is a paucity in the data regarding the socio-demographic characteristics of pregnancies affected by hypertension.
