Abstract:The article examines the problem of psychological security of the individual in a situation of global threats and external challenges, and the psychological conditionality of the economic security of the population as a social phenomenon. The socio-psychological aspect of the economic security has been substantively studied and analyzed, the need to create new socio-economic formats and mechanisms based on quality of life and social capital has been substantiated.
