Abstract: The article discusses the socio-pedagogical determinants of the financial literacy creation, factors external to the pedagogical theory and practice in the social structure, politics, ideology, economics, traditions of the general culture of the state and society, which affect the development of new areas of pedagogical activity in the field of financial education.
