Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea and Its Rural Territories Under Sanctions Pressure From Western Countries

Abstract

The article examines the current socio-economic state of the Republic of Crimea and its rural are-as in the context of restrictive measures on the part of Western countries. The Republic of Crimea became part of the Russian Federation in 2014 and is a fairly new region, the study of the current state and development of which is an extremely important and interesting process. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes about the sustainability of the socio-economic processes occurring in the region, as well as fairly favorable prospects for their further development.
