“…Because of an increase in the feeding and management cost of using animal power for plowing, and also due to the higher efficiency of tractors, the respondents preferred to use agricultural tractors for plowing and transport services either through renting or purchasing, which fits the findings of Takeshima [39]. The descriptive statistics presented in Table 5 show that 41.77% of the respondents preferred to adopt tractors through purchasing, and 44.3% preferred using rental services, which is similar to the findings of Takele and Selassie [40].
