The article discusses the phenomenon of anomie in a socio-psychological context. Anomic psychological processes are compared with the issue of the professional deformation of a person. The research question concerns the definition of the interconnection between the phenomena of anomie and professional deformation. The scientific innovation of the article is that professional deformation can be considered as one of the signs of anomie. This article aims to show that the phenomenon of anomie can be revealed through the term of professional deformation. The comparative analysis of theoretical approaches to studies of anomie and professional deformation is presented to achieve this goal. Thus, the theoretical approaches of E. Durkheim, R. Merton, P. Sorokin, A. Markova, Yu. were discussed. Punanova and others. The main results presented in the article show the key points of anomie description and understanding in modern psychological science. The critical points of the literature review and discussion open the perspectives to study the phenomenon of professional deformation in the context of anomie issues

<p>The characteristics of perception of anomie are revealed both in modern societies and in the historical past. Although the psychological phenomenon of anomie is expressed in thinking specific for various historical periods, the study of historical and modern parallels allows us to see some models of the development of psychological scientific thought and perception of anomie. Anomie is presented as a psychological pattern of perception with certain characteristics such as social apathy, emotional burnout, alienation, normlessness, social isolation and others. The variety of causes and manifestations of anomie requires the search for new ways and strategies for studying human activity and motivation, which will not only reduce the risks of social apathy, but also adapt the individual to the conditions of rapidly changing social processes. In order to do it it is necessary to study the relationship between the various components of perception of anomie and compare modern anomie issues with historical parallels. The identification of modern and historical parallels in the development of the phenomenon of anomie shows the changes of perception of socio-psychological well-being and worldview. In the methodological sense, the comparative method of the investigation of the perception of anomie allows us to reveal and highlight the historical basis of human worldview.</p>

The article discusses the most important theoretical and practical issues of modern jurisprudence: the legal limitations of state power, the historical overview of their origin and development. It is obvious that without the various approaches to the concept of limitation of state power presented by world-famous philosophers and lawyers, as well as the analysis of historical legal acts, it is impossible to reveal the essence of the legal limitation of state power. Սույն հոդվածը անդրադառնում է արդի իրավագիտության կարևորագույն տեսական և գործնական հիմնախնդիրներից մեկին՝ պետական իշխանության իրավական սահմանփակմանը, վերջինիս ծագման և զարգացման պատմական ակնարկին: Ակնհայտ է, որ առանց պետական իշխանության սահմանափակման հայեցակարգի վերաբերյալ աշխարհահռչակ փիլիսոփաների և իրավաբանների ներկայացրած տարաբնույթ մոտեցումների, ինչպես նաև պատմական, իրավական ակտերի վերլուծության, անհնար է բացահայտել պետական իշխանության իրավական սահմանափակման էությունը: Статья затрагивает важнейшие теоретические и практические вопросы современной юриспруденции: правовое разграничение государственной власти, исторический обзор ее возникновения и развития. Очевидно, что без представленных всемирно известными философами и юристами различных подходов к понятию ограничения государственной власти, а также анализа исторических, правовых актов невозможно раскрыть сущность правового ограничения государственной власти.
