Social Media as a Learning Technology for University Students

Abstract: This paper demonstrates the role of social media as a learning technology for university students and highlights their problems associated with its use. The population of the study consisted of Masters' and Bachelor Studies students studying in their final semesters in the departments of Social Sciences at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan; and using social media for more than three years.
