Abstract: Purpose: Lifestyle and work habits have been drastically altered by restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For many people, this has resulted in the adoption of hybrid working patterns that could potentially reduce the degree of social jetlag (83) , although the overall impact on sleep health and well-being of hybrid working relative to 100 % office working or fully working at home is not yet clear (84) .
