This study aims to find out the effect of fiscal decentralization and poverty levels on economic growth in North Sumatra province. This research uses quantitative methods, secondary data collection techniques with documentation using data from the Central Bureau of Statistics for each district/city in North Sumatra. . This study uses the SPSS statistical tool. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. This is evidenced by the fact that the tcount for the Fiscal Decentralization variable (-2.831) is smaller than the ttable (1.984) and the sig value is 0.006 <0.05. Poverty levels have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Poverty Level variable (-2.664) is smaller than ttable (1.984) and the sig value is 0.009 <0.05, the decision is Ha2 rejected and Ho2 accepted. Meanwhile, the F test of Fiscal Decentralization and Poverty Level has a simultaneous and significant positive effect on Economic Growth. This is evidenced by the fact that Fcount is (11.334) greater than Ftable (3.94) and has a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, in testing the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.602. This shows that the independent variables, namely Fiscal Decentralization and Poverty Level, are able to explain the dependent variable, namely Economic Growth of 19.1% while the remaining 80.9% is explained by other variables outside the regression model. This article aims to describe Mafta and the phenomenon of mass marriage occurring in Kampung Mafta and to explore the underlying reasons behind this practice. The qualitative method is used with interviews, field observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. This study shows MAFTA Indonesia prioritizes the education and practical application of Islamic teachings, as well as promoting citizenship responsibility. Its core philosophy revolves around “togetherness” and “compassion,” fostering equality among its members. Mass weddings in Kampung Matfa serve to strengthen the bonds within the community and dispel negative perceptions. Tuan Imam provides spiritual guidance, emphasizing virtues such as kindness and obedience to Allah and the Prophet. He teaches love for Allah, the Prophet, family, and nature, instilling a sense of unity within the community. The mass weddings in Kampung Matfa teach the values of love, unity, and equality while promoting goodness and citizenship responsibility.

MTSN 2 Solok School has carry out policy in the form of a Friday Movement program blessing. Research purposes This is analyze implementation Friday Movement policy blessing as development of the social model at MTS N 2 Solok. Study This use Lesser theory for analyze implementation Friday Movement policy blessing in development of social capital. Study This use approach qualitative with type study descriptive. The data collection method begins with observation, interview in depth and study document. Study analyzed with use Milles and Huberman analysis. Research result This showing that Friday Movement blessing can increase the strength of social capital on the part school with participant educate in aspect concern. Forms of social capital that are built is strengthen it solidarity fellow party school and its formation behavior togetherness for inhabitant school. This matter bring up attitude For each other help between One with others.
