Soccer training programme improved the body composition of pre‐adolescent boys and increased their satisfaction with their body image

Abstract: Aim: The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of 12-week soccer training on some anthropometric traits, body image perception and level of dissatisfaction.\ud Methods: A total of 60 Italian pre-adolescent boys (aged 9-10 years) participated in this study.
