SNHG1 Long Noncoding RNA is Potentially Up-Regulated in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Recent studies have shown that up to 90% of the genomic DNA are transcribed to a complicated network of transcripts. The major transcripts which are over 200 nt in length includes Long Non-coding RNAs (LncRNA) (Ponting et al., 2009).
