Smoking Is Injurious to Pulp

Abstract: Smoking is a worldwide menace that is harmful to health and casts its shadow on the dental pulp as well. Detrimental effects of nicotine and other tobacco compounds on the dental pulp may compromise diagnosis treatment outcome healing as well as regeneration. This article aims to highlight the negative influence of smoking on the dental pulp and its implications on dental procedures and its outcomes.
