Abstract:Large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) of the uterine cervix is a rare aggressive tumor.The examination of a cervicovaginal smear from a 31-year-old patient diagnosed with LCNEC after a cervical polypectomy during the 32nd week of pregnancy was carried out.
