Abstract:Geometric optical distortion is a significant contributor to the astrometric error budget in large telescopes using adaptive optics. To increase astrometric precision, optical distortion calibration is necessary. We investigate using smartphone Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) screens as astrometric calibrators.
