Abstract: Nowadays IoT has its influence over every sector of life ,striving hard to improve quality of life. Obsonium is a never ending business and to improve the quality of obsonium we can take the help of technology. In today's technology, many companies are developing products that ensure convenience toward all people who needs a good obsonium experience from today ' s hectic obsonium which takes a lot of time for billing and getting out. Thus, we have developed a Smart Obsonium Cart, that allows faster check-out. First the product will have a RFID card which will filled first by shop Admin with other de-tails of the product. Then cart uses the RFID reader technology to identify the products details which is already available in the database. The total cost will be displayed on the mobile attached to the cart as and when the product is added to the cart. The user can view the details of the product on his mobile. IoT helps to design such a cart which will automatically scan the product and add the respective amount to be paid in the bill on our own smart phone itself. Technologies used in this system are RFID tags and RFID reader for fetching the price of each unique item. Arduino microcontroller to perform the sum of the prices of the products and to prepare the final bill. Mobile application for the final display of bill and the complete obsonium list. Security is provided by the weight scanner and validating the products bought to avoid tag tampering. All the item's information is stored in the cloud at first. Checkout verification is also done by passing the cart after payment through a lane with RFID readers.

The main purpose of this work is in reducing the queuing delays in major supermarkets or other shopping centers by means of an Electronic Smart Cart System which will introduce an intellectual approach to billing process through RFID technology. Smart Cart System is a cooperative performance of three separate systems: a website developed for the shopping market, electronic smart cart device and anti-theft RFID gates. This project focuses on developing the electronic smart cart device itself. It involves an embedded electronic hardware that consists of an OLED display, Arduino Mega 2560 board, a specifically designed PCB, a Wi-Fi module, 13.56 MHz HF RFID reader, a power supply and a shopping cart.

In the present scenario, it is essential to have an automatic billing system for shopping malls, supermarket and other wholesale & retail stores. Numerous billing systems like barcode scanning mechanism-based systems or tag-based systems are available in the market. It is important to replace such existing system with better and robust systems so hereby we proposed "Smart Goods Billing Management and Payment System for Shopping Malls". In this system, the basic fundamental is barcode scanning for products, but we replace the conventional barcode scanner for faster and better results. In our prototype, the android phone is being used as a barcode scanner for simple, better and portable barcode scanner. This scanner is connected wirelessly to MCU via Bluetooth module. MCU is also connected to PC/Laptop for creating the database of all customers, their products, and bills. This database also tracks the total sale and number of goods sold per day. In addition, RFID technology is implemented in this system for payment through card-based system. Simulation and hardware-based results are proposed in this paper.
