Smart algorithm in wireless networks for video streaming based on adaptive quantization

Abstract: Summary Nowadays, smart multimedia network services have become crucial in the healthcare system. The network parameters of Quality of Service (QoS) are widely affecting the efficiency and accuracy of multimedia streaming in wireless environments.
