Abstract:We present the case of a patient who underwent human leukocyte antigen-haploidentical transplantation for T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Seven weeks after transplantation, the patient developed intestinal transplant-associated microangiopathy (iTAM). Although the iTAM was resolved temporarily, it recurred.
