Abstract:Peutz–Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is characterized by mucocutaneous pigmentation with multiple hamartomatous polyps of the gastrointestinal tract and/or a familial history with autosomal dominant inheritance pattern having incomplete penetrance, with some cases arising from spontaneous mutations.
